Based on many of the same principles as the original Atheists For Jesus website,
www.atheistsforjesus.com, our tribe will be a place for appreciation of many of the teachings and stories of Jesus, without all the fundamentalist hang ups and born again stuff. The Jesus of the bible was a revolutionary against the religious right fundamentalists of his day and saved his harshest indictments for them. I suspect that if Jesus was actually a real person, he may have even been something similar to an atheist. Let's chat about this Jesus here! Fundies are welcome. :-)
